Welcome to the Philatelic Bookstore's Affiliates Program.

We'd like to offer you the opportunity to make money by posting one of our banners or buttons on your site. This is a great way, to make money of your website, and offer your visitors a valuable service.

We will pay 5 cents for every visitor transfering from your site to ours, by clicking on our banner or button.

We will supply you the HTML code you need to post on your pages. You are requested not to make any changes to the code we send you, and simply paste it to your HTML pages. There is no limit to the number of banners you can put on your website. The more banners you'll put on your website, and on different pages, the larger the chance your visitors will use them.

Legal Agreement

Before joining the Affiliates Program we would ask you to read and consent to terms of operations which appears on this page. Clicking the "I Agree" button at the bottom of this page means you agree to be bound by these terms. We would then ask you to complete your application form on the following page.

The terms set out below contain all the terms and conditions regarding the Affiliate Program. The term "you", "your" or "affiliate" applies to you (the applicant) and "we", "our" and "Affiliate Program" or "Philatelic Bookstore" refers to the Philatelic Bookstore.

How to Join the Affiliate Program Once you have read this document and agreed to the terms, click the "I Agree" button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the Affiliates Program regsitration form. When you have completed and submitted the form we will issue you with Affiliates Account Identifier and the HTML code you need to add to your pages.

Please note that the Philatelic Bookstore reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the Affiliate Program if, in our absolute discretion we deem your site to be unsuitable for the Affiliate Program.

How Does The Affiliate Program Work? As an affiliate you'll receive HTML code from us by email, which includes your unique ID sequence. Pasting this code into your HTML pages you'll create linked banners to the Philatelic Bookstore's homepage. Your unique ID sequence will allow our server to track the number of visitors coming from your site.

Affiliates Fee To be entitled for fee a visitor must come to our site using a linked banner or button from your website. No fee will be paid for: Visitors coming from places other then your website. Your visits to our website. Inflating the number of clicks on the banners using any kind of software. The Programme is intended for Advertising use only, and you may not use any of the banners yourself in order to earn refrral fee. In addition to any other rights we may have, such use of our links and banners may result (at our absolute descretion) in (a) the withholding of referral fees and/or termination of this agrrement. You acknowledge that these actions, while not exclusive, are a reasonable assessment of the damage we will suffer as a result of a breach of this use by you.

Affiliates Fees and Payments Affiliates click trough rate is set at 5 cents per click. Affiliates will receive payment four times a year, during January, April, July and October. Each payment will cover the commission earned within the previous quarter. However, if at the end of the quarter the commission earned is less then $10, we will hold the payment until the next payment date.

Terms of the Agreement The terms and conditions of this agreement will apply from the moment you complete and submit the Affilites Programme Application From and receive your HTML code by email, until the moment the agreement is terminated by either party. We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and in our sole descretion, by posting a change notice or a new arrangement on our website. Modifications may include, for example, change in the amount of money we pay for each click through, payment procedures and programme rules. Your continued participation in ths program following our posting of any such changes on our site will constitute binding acceptence of the changes. If any changes are unacceptable to you, your remedy will be to terminate this agreement.

Termination of Agreement Either part may cancel this agreement at any time for any reason. Notice of termination must be sent in written form by email. In case of the Philatelic Bookstore the address is: admin@philatelicbooks.com

Limitation of Liability The Philatelic Bookstore will not be liable for indirect, special or consequencial damages (or any loss of revenue, profit or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our collective aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the Programme will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement at the time the act or omission giving rise to the liability occurred. In addition, we make no representaion that the operation of our site, and the tracking system, will be uninterrupted or error free and none of us will be liable for the consquences of any interruptions or errors.

Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. All parties agrre to accept the jurisdiction of the Israeli Courts.
